Rising from the former Tien Bo Printing Factory site on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hanoi Centre (Tien Bo Plaza) is redefining the capital’s urban experience with a fresh “downtown Hanoi” spirit — bringing together shopping, cafés, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences in one destination at the heart of the city.
More than just a prime-location development, Hanoi Centre has quickly emerged as a new gathering spot for young urbanites drawn to contemporary city living. As the “all-in-one destination” trend continues to shape modern retail and lifestyle spaces, projects like Hanoi Centre are shifting the focus beyond shopping to deliver immersive and holistic experiences.
From architecture and lighting to the flow of movement throughout the building, every detail has been carefully curated to create a distinct atmosphere for visitors. Within this evolving approach to placemaking, Signage & Wayfinding is increasingly recognized as an integral part of the overall spatial experience. Beyond serving as a navigation tool, signage helps shape how visitors interact with the environment, discover different spaces, and connect with the identity of the destination.
At Hanoi Centre, ETIC CNA-HTE was involved in developing the project’s signage & wayfinding system with a design approach that balances aesthetics and functionality. The system was thoughtfully integrated with the architecture to support intuitive navigation while enhancing a seamless and engaging visitor journey.
