Metropole 17 is part of the premium real estate development series The Metropole Thu Thiem, invested by SonKim Land. Located in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area—emerging as the new financial, commercial, and cultural center of Ho Chi Minh City—the project is designed to meet modern living standards, harmonizing architecture with green spaces to enhance urban living quality.

In this project, ETIC CNA-HTE was once again entrusted with the softscape construction works. Leveraging its expertise and experience in high-end developments, the ETIC CNA-HTE team applied suitable plant selection and arrangement solutions to ensure aesthetics, ecological balance, and adaptability to local environmental conditions. This contributed to completing a sustainable green landscape and enhancing the overall value of the project.
