LONG THANH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT—A NATIONAL KEY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT WITH ETIC CNA-HTE’S CONTRIBUTION TO SIGNAGE WORKS
Long Thanh International Airport is one of Vietnam’s most important national infrastructure projects, playing a strategic role in enhancing aviation capacity and global connectivity. The project is developed by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and is located in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, approximately 40 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City.
According to officially published plans, the airport covers an area of over 5,000 hectares and is developed in three phases. Once fully completed, it is expected to handle up to 100 million passengers and 5 million tons of cargo annually, positioning itself as a major aviation hub in Southeast Asia.
Modern infrastructure with international standards
Construction officially began in 2021, with key facilities such as runways, passenger terminals, aprons, and technical systems currently under development. Publicly available images and media reports indicate Vietnam Airlines aircraft involved in operational activities, reflecting preparations for future airport operations.
A notable feature of the terminal design is the multilingual signage system, which has been observed in four languages: Vietnamese, English, Chinese, and Korean, aligning with international airport standards and enhancing passenger experience.
The first images of the signage constructed by CNA-HTE Vietnam (ETIC CNA-THE) were officially released on 18th December, 2025
ETIC CNA-HTE participated in the signage fabrication and installation for the Main Terminal and the Car Parking of the Long Thanh International Airport project
The signage work at Long Thanh Airport requires:
- High technical and aesthetic accuracy
- Strict compliance with safety and operational standards
- Clear visibility in large-scale spaces with high passenger traffic
- Consistent multilingual presentation for international travelers
Similar to typical projects like Metro Vietnam, International Airports in Vietnam and Overseas, ETIC CNA-HTE’s participation in this project demonstrates its capability in delivering signage solutions for large-scale, international-standard infrastructure projects, particularly within the aviation sector.
SIGNAGE contributing to a landmark aviation project
The participation of ETIC CNA-HTE in the signage category not only contributes to completing the overall appearance of the terminal but also plays an important role in wayfinding, guiding passenger flows, and enhancing the passenger experience at Long Thanh Airport.
